Wow, a technician who really cares for his customers...or, almost customers. Reggie blew me away, after accepting me and my emergency at 8am on a Friday, I brought my laptop and TV monitor and connected everything together to recreate my issue. Once he assessed the problems, he explained all the issuies and showed me how to troubleshoot it if it comes up again, then when I asked how much I owed him, he said nothing because these are normal issues. I REALLY appreciate that because I'm retired now and just started a job with this computer and will definitely be back to thank him with my future business. Reggie is really knowledgeable and you shouldn't hesitate to make him your IT guy too.
